个人简历
钱诚,北京航空航天大学可靠性学院副研究员,博士生导师,入选北航第九批青年拔尖人才支持计划。本科及硕士就读于北京理工大学,博士就读于代尔夫特理工大学,博士后就读于中国科学院半导体所。主要从事于复杂产品可靠性仿真、设计与优化、使役可靠性提升等方面的理论方法及工程应用研究工作。累计发表论文80余篇、授权专利9项、参与制订国家及国际标准、技术规范4项,出版英文专著5章。主持及参与国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、国家重点研发计划、科技部国际合作项目、中国科协国际合作项目、中国博士后科学基金及各类企业横向项目20余项。长期活跃于国内外可靠性物理相关领域学术交流,担任中国电子学会可靠性分会委员、IEEE PES储能技术委员会储能材料与器件分委会理事、《防化研究》青年编委等学术兼职。\r\r教育经历\r2008.3 - 2013.4 代尔夫特理工大学 博士 博士研究生毕业\r2003.9 - 2006.3 北京理工大学 材料科学与工程 硕士 硕士研究生毕业\r1999.9 - 2003.7 北京理工大学 材料科学与工程 学士 大学本科毕业研究领域
