我们实验室的研究兴趣在于开发化学小分子抗癌药物。我们的研究对象是癌症相关信号通路,特别是泛素化体系,中的重要靶标蛋白。我们利用核磁共振NMR,晶体衍射X-ray等生 物物理方法进行药物小分子片段筛选,并解析药物小分子片段与靶标蛋白的复合物共晶结构。在蛋白质与药物片段复合物晶体结构的基础上,我们利用计算化学等方 法进行合理的药物设计与优化,开发具有高特异性、高亲和力的化学小分子抗癌药物前体。我们的研究课题将基础研究与药物开发直接联系起来,努力实现化学生物 学与结构生物学在抗癌药物开发上的有效结合。在开发抗癌靶向药物的研究中,我们将与本院各个实验室建立紧密的合作,目标是开发出有中国自主知识产权的抗癌 新药。近期论文
