个人简历

孙文涛，北京大学信息科学技术学院物理电子研究所，副教授。2005年获得中国科学院理化技术研究所物理化学专业博士学位，2006年于北京大学物理电子研究所做博士后。

研究领域

主要从事低维纳米结构制备及纳米能源器件研究。
