个人简历

2011年毕业于芝加哥大学获博士学位；
2005年毕业于中国科学技术大学获学士 学位；
研究兴趣：
本实验室聚焦干细胞、免疫细胞、及肿瘤细胞的异质性和细胞命运决策机制。通过发展新型的定量单细胞实验与分析技术，并结合系统生物学方法与合成生物学手段，在单细胞水平上研究细胞异质性及命运决策的关键调控要素，以期在单细胞水平上深入理解发育、免疫、疾病等重要过程，并进一步利用药物或合成生物器件对这些过程进行精准干预。
近期具体研究方向包括：新型单细胞工具的开发（single-cell techniques）；基因转录调控的噪音与动力学（noise and dynamics）；转录调控中的相分离现象（phase separation）；表观调控机制（epigenetic regulation）；基因网络中的反馈回路（feedback loops）；干细胞稳态维持及分化（homeostasis and differentiation）。
