个人简历

北京大学人民医院I期临床试验研究室主任、北京大学医学部药学院硕士生导师。担任中国药理学会临床药理学专业委员会常务委员、中国药理学会药物临床试验专业委员会常务委员、中国药理学会数学药理专业委员会常务理事、中国药理学会药物基因组学专业委员会委员；CFDA药品审评中心专家库成员、CFDA药品认证管理中心GCP认证专家库成员；财政部投资评审中心科技专家、贵州省人民政府“医疗卫生援黔团核心专家”。同时担任《中国临床药理学》、《中国临床药理学与治疗学》等杂志的编委。

研究领域

主要致力于生物大分子的早期临床研究、PK/PD研究、定量药理学评价及生物相似性研究，并在国内率先开展了创新药物在强直性脊柱炎、类风湿关节炎、2型糖尿病、银屑病、肾性贫血、系统性红斑狼疮患者中的药代动力学、药效动力学研究；创新药物PK/PD关联研究；创新药物药物相互作用研究；创新药物药物基因组学研究，创新生物大分子药物的早期临床研究，生物类似物生物相似性临床研究等工作。
