丁秉燧（1916年－1980年），回族，笔名燕京散人，知名广播人、主持人、剧评家、作家、相声、司仪。毕业于北平燕京大学新闻系。曾居住北京、天津多年，于1949年来台湾，从此定居。曾担任前几届金马奖颁奖典礼的司仪，并在中国广播公司任职多年，曾主持台湾电视公司综艺节目《比手划脚》、《大千世界》。一生致力於戏剧文化事业。于1980年病逝于台北市宏恩综合医院。著有《菊坛旧闻录》、《北平、天津及其他》、《国剧名伶轶事》、《孟子冬与言高谭马》、《青衣．花脸．小丑》等书。
