维尔吉利尤斯·阿莱克纳（Virgilijus Alekna，立陶宛语发音：​[vʲɪrʲˈɡʲɪlʲɪjʊs ɐlʲɛkˈnɐ]，1972年2月13日—）是立陶宛前铁饼选手，也是立陶宛政治人物。他曾参加2000年、2004年和2008年奥运，获得二面金牌。

阿莱克纳退役后，在2016年成为立陶宛议会的议员。
