个人简历


刘晓丽,女,汉族,甘肃天水人,2015年毕业于江南大学食品学院,获食品科学专业工学博士学位。现为江南大学食品学院食品加工与配料研究中心、江苏省食品安全与质量控制协同创新中心教师,助理研究员。2017年7月至2018年7月,在加拿大圭尔夫大学食品系和加拿大农业和农业食品部-圭尔夫食品研发中心(AAFC-GRDC)从事为期一年的访问学者研究。主要从事食品加工技术、水产品加工保鲜和多糖及其衍生物的结构与功能方面的研究工作。尤其集中在基于天然多糖的制备、分离纯化、分子设计及其生物活性方面的研究和在食品行业中的应用等。主持国家自然科学基金项目(青年基金)、江苏省自然科学基金项目(青年基金),国家博士后基金项目、江苏省博士后基金项目、江苏省普通高校研究生科研创新计划项目和江南大学博士研究生科基金项目等国家、省部级和校级项目6项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目,企业横向项目等多项国家、省部级课题。并先后在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Food Control》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《食品科学》和《水产学报》等期刊上发表论文12篇(第一作者8篇),累计影响因子:32.19,其中以第一作者发表文章累计影响因子:17.47. 并均被SCI、CSCD检索收录;申请国家发明专利3项,其中授权2项;授权国际发明专利1项。
