罗素兰,女,博士,博士生导师,长江学者特聘教授,教育部“创新团队”带头人,中组部“全国杰出专业技术人才”,全国优秀科技工作者,国务院特贴专家等。现为海南大学热带生物资源教育部重点实验室主任,海南大学生命科学与药学院副院长(主持行政工作),海口市海洋药物重点实验室主任,首批全国高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记,海南省妇联副主席(兼职)等。长期从事海洋药物与生物技术领域的教学与科研工作。多次到美国犹他大学、澳大利亚昆士兰大学、英国牛津大学、俄罗斯科学院、法国国家科研中心等做访问学者。
