现任中山大学中山医学院教授、博士生导师,广东省青年珠江学者。张宏波教授2010 年毕业于上海交通大学获理学硕士学位,随后赴瑞士苏黎世大学和洛桑瑞士联邦理工大学师从代谢领域权威Johan Auwerx教授攻读博士学位。其研究工作第一次揭示了干细胞衰老的线粒体失衡机制,提出线粒体应激(Mitochondrial stress)在调节骨骼肌干细胞衰老中的重要作用,并发现了NAD+依赖的抑制骨骼肌营养不良疾病和干细胞衰老的小分子营养干预方法。相关成果发表于 Science、Science Translational Medicine、Nature Reviews Endocrinology、Kidney International 等期刊,并获第一发明人国际专利2项。研究领域
