近年来,以(共同)第一或者通信作者发表SCI论文20篇,包括Nat Commun (IF:12.12)、Leukemia (IF:12.01)、J Pineal Res (IF:10.39)、Cancer Res (IF: 9.12)、Clin Cancer Res (IF: 9.61)、Theranostics (3篇, IF:8.85)、Oncogene (IF: 7.59) 等国际知名期刊,累计影响因子超过150。这些成果主要阐明了肿瘤糖酵解、氧化还原代谢异常以及肿瘤转移和化疗耐药的调控机制,并发现了以代谢为靶点的新型化合物;在转化医学研究方面,开发了两个新型的Hsp90抑制剂及基于纳米材料的基因治疗新方法,并拓展了一些临床药物(甲磺酸萘莫司、哌克昔林、褪黑素、维生素C)的抗肿瘤用途,共申请国家发明专利7项,获得授权2项。近年的研究成果,对于阐明消化系统肿瘤发生发展的病因、复发转移、代谢异常和化疗耐药的调控机制,进行疾病的诊断和干预具有重要理论意义和潜在的临床应用价值。
