饶秋华，女，1965年7月出生，汉族，美国Tennessee大学、德国GFZ研究中心、澳大利亚Queensland大学访问学者。长期从事力学学科相关的教学和科研工作，主持国家自然科学基金、863项目子课题、教育部高校博士点专项科研基金、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、湖南省自然科学基金等多项课题研究，发表SCI、EI论文80余篇，出版专著2本。曾任土木工程学院力学系主任、中南大学研究生院学位办主任，现任力学与工程研究中心主任
