主要从事植物非编码RNA的识别及功能鉴定方面的工作，涉及以下两个研究方向：1、生物信息学方向：基于高通量测序技术的非编码RNA的识别、注释及功能分析；2、分子生物学方向：非编码RNA的生物学功能及其调控机制。
