浙江大学计算机学院教授、博士生导师，浙江大学人工智能研究所副所长，斯坦福大学访问学者。
作为主要骨干获得CCF2020“CCF科学技术奖”-科技进步奖卓越奖（一等奖），2018年教育部科技进步二等奖、2014年浙江省科技进步一等奖、2010年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（科学技术）-科技进步奖2等奖、2009“中国商业联合会服务业科技创新奖特等奖”、2009年国家级教学成果二等奖、2009年浙江省教学成果一等奖。荣获2009年度'IBM中国优秀教师奖教金'、“首届阿里巴巴青年学者计划”优秀学者、2005-2009教育部-IBM高校合作项目优秀教师奖；2016年浙江大学优秀共产党员，2015年浙江大学信息学部青年教师一等奖，2015浙江大学优秀德育导师，2010年浙江大学优秀德育导师，2008年浙江大学优秀班主任。

实验室介绍
浙江大学电子服务研究中心（以下简称中心）是综合学校计算机、经济、管理三大学院的强大师资科研力量而组建的跨学科研究机构，中心现有教授10名，副教授18名，兼职研究员10余名，并聚集了一大批具有博士学位的青年教师团队。
中心成立时间
根据2007年6月29日浙江大学发人技〔2007〕7号《关于成立浙江大学电子服务研究中心及部分研究机构负责人任免调整的通知》文，浙江大学正式成立浙江大学电子服务研究中心。
中心依托学科中心依托学科包括电子服务、计算机科学与技术、管理科学与工程、以及经济学。其中电子服务作为一个全新的学科于2007年1月26日在浙江大学学位委员会第四十九次全体委员会议上获得通过并经国务院学位办审核批准于2007年4月正式公布。它是国内第一个基于信息技术、现代管理和网络经济理念的面向现代服务业的综合交叉型学科专业。
中心研究生与博士后
中心除了计算机、管理和经济学科专业的电子服务方向以外，2008年开始招收电子服务新专业的博士研究生和硕士研究生。同时也将与相关企事业单位合作开展博士后工作站的电子服务学科博士后联合培养。
中心主要研究方向包括“基于Web的服务科学与工程”、“现代服务技术”、“电子商务与服务工程”、“数字媒体服务技术”、“电子服务与创新管理”、“网络经济与电子金融服务”等，重点研究开发当前我国现代服务业发展急需的共性关键技术、通用核心服务组件、应用集成构架、以及面向现代服务行业的各类示范应用。
中心主要服务区域
中心目前已经与杭州市、宁波市、南京市等长三角地区的中心城市开展了面向地区社会经济发展的多个不同类型的合作，与香港、台湾、美国、新加坡等境外高校和研究机构启动了多种形式的合作。中心愿意参与到更多的地区现代服务业的发展进程中。
中心前期工作基础
（1）在电子商务领域，“十五”以来共承担完成了各类电子商务科研项目50多个。其中包括国家自然科学基金、国家863项目、973项目、全国社科办、商务部、教育部等30多个重点项目。完成了多项浙江省“十五”服务业电子化科技攻关项目。其中针对我国电子商务应用的案例调查报告成果获得商务部《电子商务推广应用工程优秀奖》。
（2）在电子金融领域，2002年开始与美国道富银行(SSB)合作先后开发了一系列的电子金融服务系统包括股票交易执行系统、Global Call Cross系统、交易指令管理系统、债券投资组合分析系统、债券利息计算系统、外汇交易指令管理系统、共同基金服务在线信息发布门户等，其成果已经成为通用标准平台广泛应用在北美和欧洲的各大交易所。
（3）在数字教育领域，在2000年建设了基于天地网融合、多网集成的现代远程教育平台，2001年培养出我国第一批现代远程教育本科毕业生，2002年推出基于宽带网的城市网上大学，在我国普通高校现代远程教育领域积累了丰富经验和资源，其典型成果《多校合作、面向西部，创建基于天地网的新型教育资源共享体系》和《基于网络环境下的人才培养模式与制度创新》分别获得了2005年国家教学成果一等奖和二等奖。
（4）在面向企业级的公共服务平台建设和应用方面，“十五”期间开发的面向中小企业制造业信息化应用的863系列项目成果已经在绍兴等地取得应用，其应用成果《面向网络化制造的ASP平台管理系统软件》成为具有自主版权并正在广泛应用的ASP标准化应用软件之一。项目成果《浙江省块状经济区域网络化制造系统开发与应用》获2005年度中国电子学会电子信息科学技术奖。
（5）在现代物流领域，完成的IBM国际合作项目《基于B2B的电子市场物流系统模型研究》构建了基于WEB SERVISES的标准化电子商务物流运行模型。为Web Service在我国的标准化应用提供了有益的经验。
（6）在现代服务业的科研与工程应用领域，2003年开始，中心负责人就参与了国家中长期发展规划第七专题（信息产业与现代服务业专题）和“十一五”科技发展纲要的相关工作。在与IBM长期合作的基础上2005年开始共同开展服务科学、管理与工程（SSME）的合作，是2007年成立的服务科学专家协作组成员。
（7）在人才培养方面，浙大1999年开始率先在国内高校中开设电子商务第二本科学历的复合型人才培养机制，为我国电子商务本科人才培养创立了一套跨学科学习、学分制管理的新模式。“十五”期间累计有1000多名学生完成电子商务专业课程学习毕业。浙大同时也是国内最早设立电子商务本科专业的高校之一。在研究生层次方面，近年来已经培养了20多名的电子商务学科方向的管理学、经济学和工学博士。浙江大学是“十一五”教育部电子商务专业教学指导委员会的主任单位。中心负责人同时还担任了行业协会中国电子商务协会电子服务专家委员会的主任委员，国家面向就业与职业技能培训的人力资源与社会保障部电子商务职业技能鉴定专家委员会副主任委员等职。
