张冬至,男,山东聊城人,博士,教授,博士生导师,现为中国石油大学(华东)控制科学与工程学院副院长,中国高校电工电子在线开放课程联盟山东省工作委员会主任委员、山东省电工技术学会副理事长,国家级精品在线开放课程负责人,电工电子基础课程教学团队负责人,微纳传感器与智能感知课题组负责人。2009-2011年,美国明尼苏达大学留学。主要从事微纳检测与先进传感技术、电子信息材料与传感器件、微系统与智能感知技术、电力设备绝缘状态在线监测等研究。近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目、山东省重点研发计划项目等二十余项科研课题研究,另外主持山东省教学改革项目、山东省教学成果奖培育项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目、教育部校企合作专业综合改革项目等十余项教学课题研究。目前在Nano Energy (IF: 16.602)、Nano Today (IF: 17.753)、Coord. Chem. Rev. (IF: 15.367)、J. Mater. Chem. A (IF: 11.301)、ACS Appl. Mater. & Interfaces (IF: 8.758)、Sens. Actuators B: Chem. (IF: 7.1)、Applied Physics Letters等著名期刊上发表SCI、EI收录论文110余篇,先后入选ESI高被引论文13篇,谷歌学术引用4000余次,出版学术专著1部,入选第七届中国高校矿业石油与安全工程领域优秀青年科技人才,青岛市青年科技奖、青岛西海岸新区拔尖人才,中国石油大学杰出青年人才培育项目,荣获山东省高等学校优秀科研成果一等奖、青岛市自然科学二等奖、山东省高等教育教学成果奖二等奖、中国石油教育学会教学成果一等奖、学校优秀教学成果一等奖和二等奖等多项奖项。申请专利18项,已授权10项,指导国家级/校级大学生创新训练项目、大学生自主创新项目、学科竞赛等30余项,指导研究生38人,已毕业25人(获研究生国家奖学金7人、山东省优秀硕士学位论文1人、山东省专业学位研究生优秀实践成果一等奖1人、二等奖1人、学术十杰及提名奖3人、山东省优秀毕业生4人),获评学校创新创业教育卓越贡献奖、胜利石油育才奖、青春建功新时代先进个人、我心中的好老师、十佳班主任等荣誉。现为教育部学位中心评议专家、中国仪器仪表学会精密机械分会青年委员会委员、电子材料与元件杂志青年编委、担任Nature Communications、Advanced Functional Materials、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、Sens. Actuators B: Chem.等30余个高水平SCI期刊审稿人, 入选5个爱思唯尔Elsevier期刊杰出审稿人。
