个人简历


一、基本介绍
段梦兰,湖南新化人,中国石油大学(北京)二级教授,安全与海洋工程学院院长、海洋工程研究院院长,CNOOC-CUP海洋能源工程技术联合研究院常务副院长。国家重点研发计划“基于深水功能舱的全智能新一代水下系统关键技术研究”项目负责人。牵头组建“中巴深海技术联合研究院”和“CNOOC-CUP海洋能源工程技术联合研究院”,将中国石油大学(北京)在Marine/OceanEngineering学科领域的全球排名跻身到第19位,在中国高校从零打造了一支新的海洋工程研发队伍。
1966年2月生,1987年7月毕业于江汉石油学院石油钻井工程专业,1990年3月和1993年7月在石油大学研究生院获石油矿场机械工程硕士学位和石油天然气机械工程博士学位,1993年8月-1995年8月在中国科学院力学研究所从事固体力学博士后研究工作,1995年9月-2006年6月在中国船级社(原国家船舶检验局)工作达11年之久,其中1997年3月-1998年4月应邀在美国UniversityofRochester进行高级访问和博士后研究,2002-2006年担任中国船级社工业总公司总工程师。2006年6月至今在中国石油大学(北京)从事海洋工程的研究和教学工作,已毕业博士生36人、硕士生150多人、出站博士后12人,毕业学生全部入职央企、国企、政府、高校、国际著名跨国公司或出国留学。
1999年被中华人民共和国交通部聘任为成绩优异的高级工程师(正高级职称),和中国海油一起创造了我国海洋石油开发历史上的众多第一(首座冰区独腿平台、首个海上单点风电、首艘深水铺管船、首次组块浮拖、首个整体外挂导管架平台、首个深水打桩导向装置、首个超大型桩靴及高效冲桩系统、首条抗屈曲双层海底管道,等等),率领“海洋工程结构与装备”双一流学科团队在中国率先开始了水下采油树、管汇、跨接管、管线/管汇终端、连接器、分离器、阀门、湿式电接头等水下关键装备的研制,先后承担完成170多个海洋石油工程的研究项目,包括国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金、973项目子课题、863重点项目、国家科技重大专项、发改委和工信部及海洋局海洋装备重大项目等40多个国家项目,发表学术论文400多篇,其中SCI检索期刊论文104篇、EI检索200多篇,获专利100多项(发明专利57项),有13个项目分别获国家科技进步二等奖、教育部自然科学二等奖、教育部和山东省科技进步二等奖等。自1995年以来曾多次应邀出国讲学(美国、加拿大、巴西、日本、韩国)、主持国际学术会议20多次,曾获“2012FellowshipAwardofSocietyforUnderwaterTechnology”、“全国交通青年科技英才”、“中央国家机关优秀(杰出)青年”、“全国交通系统青年岗位能手”等荣誉称号。

研究领域


长期从事海洋石油工程、深水水下工程、结构和材料的疲劳断裂与损伤理论、随机振动及工程减振、海冰工程力学、风险与可靠性等领域的研究工作。
