张晓雯，女，研究员，硕士生导师，主要从事藻类生物学功能研究，包括藻类基因组学、环境适应性功能组学、代谢调控机制研究等，主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题及子课题、863子课题、国家公益性行业基础专项子课题、山东省重点研发计划项目等课题。共发表论文100余篇，其中SCI文章80余篇，ΣIF＞200，他引次数超过1000次；获得8项发明专利授权；获得海洋工程科学技术奖二等奖、海洋科学技术奖二等奖、中国水产科学研究院大渔科学技术奖、中国水产科学研究院科技进步奖一等奖和二等奖等多项成果奖励。
