王新安，硕士，副研究员，中国农业科学院硕士研究生导师，上海海洋大学硕士研究生导师，山东省水产学会会员；中国水产科学院“5511人才工程”创新团队专业带头人，中国水产科学院新评选创新团队专业带头人。从事海水鱼类种质资源和品质改良研究，主持国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓创新专项”子课题、国家863子课题，中央级基本科研业务费项目和山东省农业良种工程项目课题。发表论文90余篇，其中SCI论文20余篇，授权国家发明专利6项，参编论著4部，第二完成人获国家版权局计算机软件著作权一项，第二完成人培育出大菱鲆新品种“多宝1号”。
