李吉涛,博士,研究员,上海海洋大学、大连海洋大学和江苏海洋大学硕士生导师,山东省高校产业教授,山东省科技特派员,山东省优秀创新团队核心成员,山东省泰山产业领军人才团队核心成员。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项等多项课题。围绕海水养殖甲壳类产业中存在良种缺乏、养殖模式不完善等问题,开展“良种良法”研究,培育出快速生长新品种脊尾白虾“黄育1号”,参与育成中国对虾“黄海3号”新品种,参与建立“虾-蟹-贝-鱼”海水多营养层次生态养殖和盐碱水池塘生态养殖等模式,为海水池塘养殖产业绿色高质量发展提供种质保证和技术支持。获授权国家发明专利12件;在Genomics、BMC Genomics、Aquaculture、Animal Genetics等国内外重要刊物发表论文120余篇(SCI收录40余篇),参编专著3部。应邀担任Frontiers in Genetics、Frontiers in Physiology等期刊编委。研究成果获山东省科技进步一等奖、青岛市科技进步一等奖、中国水产学会范蠡科学技术奖一等奖、海洋科学技术二等奖和中国产学研科研成果创新奖等科技奖励5项。研究领域
