个人简历

纪晓峰，2007年4月毕业于华中科技大学理论生物物理专业，同年4月进入中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所参加工作。主要从事生物信息学和结构生物学的研究。包括蛋白质序列与结构分析，基于序列分析的蛋白质功能预测，蛋白质分子动力学模拟和基于分子对接模拟的抑制剂虚拟筛选等。
近年来，主持了中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金项目3项，先后以课题作为课题骨干参加了国际科技合作重点项目“海洋生物酶晶体结构功能研究”、“海洋酶可逆抑制剂分子库构建及酶稳定化技术联合研发”和国家自然科学基金“海洋嗜冷菌低温碱性蛋白酶晶体、结构与功能研究”。
