黄倢，男，汉族，1965年7月生，博士，中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员，中国水产科学研究院水产养殖疾病控制首席科学家、世界动物卫生组织（OIE）白斑综合症（WSD）和传染性皮下和造血组织坏死病（IHHN）参考实验室指定专家，主要从事水产流行病学与生物安保。荣获全国五一劳动奖章（1999年）、国家百千万人才工程第一二层次人选（2000年）、全国优秀科技工作者（1997年）、全国农业科研杰出人才（2012年）、农业农村部产业体系岗位科学家（2009年起至今）、农业部突贡专家（1997年）、泰山学者特聘专家（2012年）、山东省突贡专家（2009年）、青岛市拔尖人才等荣誉称号，享受国务院政府特殊津贴（1997年），曾获选OIE水生动物委员会副主席（2012-2015年），2019年3月当选亚太水产养殖中心网（NACA）新一届总干事。
自1990年参加工作以来，共发表论文360余篇（责任作者150多篇），其中SCI收录95篇（责任作者47篇），获得50项专利（第一发明人13项），发布30项国家和行业标准，获得14项国家和省级奖励，包括国家级奖项1项，省部级奖励13项，先后承担了公益性行业(农业)科研专项经费“养殖虾类病毒病快速诊断与生物防控技术的研究及示范”、“养殖对虾病毒病控制技术创新与集成示范”、国家863课题“海水养殖动物疾病高通量诊断技术”、国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(973)课题“对虾白斑综合征病毒致病的分子机制”等国家级、省部级项目数十项。在甲壳类流行病学和生物安保领域取得了多项原创性成果，在行业内处于领先水平。
