张子丁 博士、教授、博士生导师,农业生物技术国家重点实验室PI,主要从事蛋白质生物信息学及计算系统生物学的教学和科研。学习与工作经历2005.11-至今 中国农业大学生物学院,教授2002.05-2005.10 瑞士雀巢公司研究中心,生物信息学研究科学家2000.07-2002.04 瑞典Lund大学分子生物物理系,结构生物信息学博士后1990.09-2000.03 天津大学化工学院,获工学学士、硕士、博士学位主讲课程《蛋白质生物信息学》(研究生)《结构生物学》、《生物信息学》(本科生)承担项目及课题已完成国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,面上项目3项,国家“十一五”863计划生物信息与生物计算技术专题1项,教育部博士点基金1项和教育部新世纪优秀人才资助计划1项。正承担国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,北京市自然科学基金面上项目1项。研究领域
