个人简历


杨淑华 博士,中国农业大学教授。1991、1994年先后在南开大学获得学士和硕士学位;2002年获新加坡国立大学博士学位。2002-2004年在美国康奈尔大学从事博士后研究。2005年受聘为中国农业大学教授。2012年获得“国家杰出青年科学基金”资助,2018年获北京市“三八红旗奖章”称号。主要研究方向是植物响应低温胁迫的分子机制。先后在Mol Cell、Dev Cell、Plant Cell、PNAS、EMBO J等国际期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇。

研究领域


温度胁迫(极端低温和高温)是限制植物生长发育、地理分布及作物产量的重要因素之一。实验室主要从事植物感知和响应低温胁迫的分子机理研究。一方面以拟南芥为研究材料,系统研究蛋白激酶-蛋白磷酸酶调控植物耐低温的分子机制以及植物激素信号和低温信号的交互作用;另一方面以玉米为研究材料,通过正向遗传学、反向遗传学以及蛋白质组学等手段研究玉米耐低/高温的分子机理,构建玉米响应温度胁迫的遗传调控网络,为耐低/高温玉米新品种培育提供理论基础和基因资源。""
