个人简历


景乃禾研究员1982年毕业于南京大学化学系,1988年在中科院上海生物化学研究所获博士学位。1989年赴日本理化学研究所从事博士后研究。1991年回国任中科院上海生化所课题组长,副研究员。1995年晋升为研究员,博士生导师。1992-1993年赴日本理化学研究所进行合作研究。1995年在法国遗传与分子细胞生物学研究所(IGBMC)进行合作研究。1996-1997年在德国马普生物物理化学研究所(Max-Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry)进行合作研究。2000年作为访问教授赴日本熊本大学进行合作研究。2003年作为访问教授赴日本大阪大学进行合作研究

研究领域


中枢神经系统是脊椎动物体内最复杂的系统之一。胚胎发育过程中,中枢神经系统的发育受到复杂而又次序严谨的调控。研究胚胎发育过程中神经干细胞的发生及其向各神经细胞亚型分化的分子机制,将有助于我们认识中枢神经系统的形成过程和神经系统疾病的发生发展进程,进而有助于我们提高针对各种神经退行性疾病的治疗手段。目前从事的主要研究方向包括:
1. 利用多能干细胞(胚胎干细胞和iPS细胞)、上胚层干细胞、外胚层干细胞和神经干细胞的体外分化系统,并结合小鼠早期胚胎发育模型,研究外部信号(BMP、Nodal、Wnt和FGF等信号通路)与内源因子(转录因子和表观遗传因子)在外胚层/神经外胚层模式建成中的功能及作用机制。
2. 建立高效的小鼠和人多能干细胞向特定亚型神经细胞定向分化系统,结合神经退行性疾病动物模型,研究神经退行性疾病的干细胞替代治疗及疾病特异的药物筛选细胞模型
