"主要致力于木本油料能源植物和木本食用油料植物的基因功能与转基因育种研究。目前,主要以生物燃油原料植物小桐子(Jatropha curcas)和富含多不饱和脂肪酸的星油藤(Plukenetia volubilis) 为研究材料,系统地开展木本油料植物的种质资源收集和新种质创制、功能基因组与转基因育种的研究,从种质资源中克隆鉴定与产量、品质和抗逆等性状相关的功能基因,建立高效稳定的基因转化系统,利用转基因技术提高木本油料植物的种子产量、含油量及其抗生物和非生物逆境的能力,综合运用传统育种方法和分子育种技术,培育高产、高油和抗逆的木本油料植物优良品种;同时努力将小桐子和星油藤发展成为能源植物和木本油料植物研究的模式材料。"近期论文
