1、重大疾病的精准基因组学的研究:包括致病微生物(结核杆菌、肺克等)精准基因组学研究、II型糖尿病肠道微生物宏基因组学研究、肿瘤等重大疾病相关非编码RNA研究等。本课题组通过大样本病患、多组学大数据的整合分析,全景式地研究上述疾病的基因组结构、变异、功能及其演化规律,系统发掘疾病相关DNA功能元件或靶向位点,并深入揭示其致病分子机制,为疾病的精准诊治提供基础,普惠社会,造福万民。2、基于新型功能核苷酸类似物的快速灵敏的疾病诊断及法医鉴定检验试剂盒的研发""近期论文
