个人简历
杨林,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2003年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。2003年8月赴日本北海道大学集成量子电子学中心留学,历任研究机关研究员和日本学术振兴会研究员。2013年获中国科学院“科技创新交叉与合作团队”支持,2018年获国家杰出青年基金支持。承担了国家杰出青年基金、国家自然基金重点、国家“863”、国家重点研发专项、企业委托技术开发等项目30余项。获授权中国发明专利30余项(2项向华为公司转让),申请中国发明专利30余项。发表SCI收录论文100余篇、国际会议论文100余篇。参与组织国际学术会议10余次,任13届IEEE四族光子学国际学术会议(硅基光子集成领域最有影响的学术会议)大会主席,在国际学术会议上作主旨和邀请报告50余次。已培养博士8人(3人联合陪养),硕士10人。1人次获中科院“优秀博士论文奖”,5人次获中科院“院长优秀奖”,5人次获国家奖学金。主要在研项目:1、国家杰出青年基金项目,“硅基光子集成”,2019-2023。2、国家重点研发专项课题,“16通道100Gbps低损耗微纳调制器阵列研究”,2017-2022。3、国家重点研发专项课题,“可调谐滤波器材料与器件研究”,2017-2020。4、国家自然科学基金重点项目,“基于硅基芯片的光通信技术研究”,2016-2020。5、国家自然科学基金面上,“用于Mesh网络的五端口光学路由器的研究”,2016-2020。计划每年招收研究生2~4名,欢迎物理、光电子、电子工程等专业的学生报考,办公室:1-607A。研究领域
1、片上光互连技术的研究,包括:片上光互连网络架构、光学路由器、光调制器、复用/解复用器;2、用于数据中心和5G通信的硅基光收发芯片的研究;3、光纤通信用硅基光子器件的研究,包括:高级调制格式光调制器、宽带可调谐光学滤波器、光开关阵列;4、用于海量数据处理的硅基集成光学矩阵处理器的研究;5、用于高通量数据处理的硅基集成可编程光学逻辑回路的研究。近期论文
