个人简历
1997年至2001年就读于浙江大学生命科学学院,获得生物化学理学学士学位。2001年至2009年就读于中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,获得生物化学与分子生物学理学博士学位。 2009年至2011年期间,在美国俄亥俄州立大学医学中心从事博士后研究工作。2011年至2018年期间,在美国克利夫兰医学中心从事博士后研究工作。2018年12月加入中国科技大学,双聘于生命科学学院与附属第一医院。主要从事胶质瘤干细胞(glioma stem cell, GSC) 和肿瘤微环境的相关研究。研究领域包括肿瘤免疫、肿瘤血管生成、肿瘤干细胞特异性调节分子等。在肿瘤免疫微环境研究方向,发现胶质瘤干细胞可以通过分泌POSTN蛋白来促进巨噬细胞对肿瘤的浸润,而巨噬细胞进一步支持肿瘤恶性发展,二者形成一个恶性正反馈调节回路促进肿瘤发展。在肿瘤血管系统研究方向,发现肿瘤血管周细胞来源于胶质瘤干细胞,而周细胞覆盖于血管内皮细胞,决定了血癌屏障以及药物传递效率,是化学治疗的关键靶点。在Cell, Cell Stem Cell, Nature Cell Biology, Science Translational Medicine等杂志发表论文20余篇,包括2篇ESI高引用论文。研究领域
