个人简历


舒海波,男,中国计量大学教授。中科院百篇优秀博士论文,中科院院长特别奖获得者,浙江省中青年学科带头人。2011年毕业于中科院上海技术物理研究所,获微电子与固体电子学专业理学博士学位。2011年3月至2012年8月在香港理工大学从事博士后研究。2012年7月加入中国计量大学。2014年9-12月,新加坡南洋理工大学访问学者。近年来主要从事低维半导体纳米材料和二维光电子纳米材料的生长机理和掺杂改性等方面的研究,在NanoLetters、JACS、ACSNano、JPC和PCCP等国际权威期刊上发表SCI检索论文60余篇,第一作者和通讯作者文章40余篇,影响因子大于4以上的文章30余篇,他引900余次,20余种国际学术期刊审稿人。所培养的研究生大多能获得研究生国家奖学金和优秀硕士毕业论文等。\r
