研究集中在海洋动物组织器官发育及环境适应的组学基础。主要以海鞘等模式动物为材料,利用基因组学、转录组学、代谢组学、基因编辑、细胞成像等技术,探索海洋动物幼体形态发生和适应性进化的分子机制。""
