个人简历
李文利,博士,教授,博士生导师,院长助理。教育部“新世纪优秀人才”和中国海洋大学“英才工程”第一层次资助计划获得者。现任中国微生物学会永久会员、中国海洋湖沼学会药学分会理事、《中国海洋药物》杂志编委。2003年毕业于中科院微生物研究所,获博士学位,主要从事核苷肽类抗生素生物合成研究;之后在美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校 药学院从事博士后研究,主要从事聚酮类化合物及烯二炔类抗生素生物合成研究;2008年进入美国PPD生物制药公司从事新药研发;2009年10月加入中国海洋大学医药学院,建立了海洋天然产物生物合成实验室。2010年1月入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”和中国海洋大学“英才工程”第一层次资助计划。研究领域
以海洋微生物来源的药物先导物为目标分子,从基因和蛋白水平揭示其生物合成途径及其调控机制;在此基础上,采用代谢工程方法与策略提高目标化合物的产量,并理性设计和创造出“非天然”的化合物。主要包括: 1、海洋药物先导物生物合成研究; 2、海洋药物先导物组合生物合成(Combinatorial biosynthesis)与代谢工程; 3、基于基因组采掘(Genome mining)的新型海洋药物先导物的发现。近期论文
