学习与工作简历： 1982-1986年：山东大学生物系动物学专业，大学本科，获理学学士学位。 1986-1989年：山东大学生物系发育生物学专业，硕士研究生，获理学硕士学位。 1989-1993年：山东大学生物系教师，助教；讲师。 1993-1994年：中国赴日本国留学生预备学校(东北师范大学)，日语集训，获日语二级水平证书。 1994-1996年：日本北海道大学理学部生物科学专攻发育生物学专业，留日博士，获理学博士学位。 1996-1998年：山东大学生命科学学院发育生物学研究所，讲师；副教授。 1999-2001年：青岛海洋大学海洋生命学院，副教授；海洋生物系副主任、党支部书记。 2001-2003年：中国海洋大学海洋生命学院，教授；海洋生物系主任。 2003-2005年：中国海洋大学生命科学与技术学部海洋生命学院，教授/博士生导师；学部主任助理、国家生命科学与技术人才培
