中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员,中国科学院资源环境科学数据中心副主任，博士生导师。
1997年毕业于山东师范大学人口、资源与环境学院，获理学学士学位
2000年毕业于中国科学院长春地理研究所遥感信息中心，获地图学与地理信息系统硕士学位
2004年毕业于中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所，获地图学与地理信息系统博士学位
2004年－2006年在中科院地理科学与资源研究所生态网络中心做博士后研究，出站后留中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所工作至今

资源环境信息系统研发；土地利用/覆被变化遥感监测及其环境效应与生态系统服务功能监测评估
