研究领域


主要研究方向:低维纳米材料的理论研究
1.低维纳米材料的物性研究:1)一维有机金属三明治化合物M的结构、电磁性质和非线性光学性质及其无限长纳米线的电磁性质;2)低维碳纳米材料,包括富勒烯、碳纳米管以及石墨烯的电磁性质与调节;3)其它低维材料的物性探索;
2.二维材料的CVD生长机理研究:1)碳纳米管和石墨烯CVD生长机制的理论模拟;2)碳纳米管和石墨烯材料的缺陷形成和修复机制的探索;3)完美和缺陷碳纳米管/石墨烯的电子性质研究;4)其它二维材料的生长机理研究。
