研究方向:纳米半导体与器件应用(1)硅基光伏材料与器件应用研究(2)硅基光学微腔与电致发光器件研究"研究内容(1)硅量子点,由于量子限制效应带来的特殊性质,可以通过改变其尺寸来调节其光学带隙,在新一代宽光谱响应硅基太阳能电池中具有潜在的应用前景,被认为是一种突破Shockley-Queisser极限的可能途径。(2)光学微腔可以用来有效控制腔中电偶极子的自发辐射速率,调制腔中光场的模式密度分布,保证共振条件的光模式得到加强。专利技术(1)徐骏近期论文
