顾广瑞(1970——),满族,吉林省安图县人,理学博士,教授。现任理学院副院长,兼物理实验教学中心主任,硕士研究生导师,延边大学学报(自然科学版)编委会成员,延边大学实验教学工作专家委员会委员,凝聚态物理学科主任。历任吉林省物理学会第八届、第九届理事,吉林省高等学校第二届大学物理实验专业委员会副理事长。

功能材料物理,主要进行增强纳米结构碳素薄膜的场发射特性及其机理研究,纳米结构金刚石薄膜衬底进行半导体复合薄膜的制备及电子输运特性研究,透明导电金属氧化物的可控制备与物性调控研究,过渡金属掺杂的二元半导体化合物纳米晶的制备与特性研究,锰氧化物纳米材料的可控制备以及生长机理研究,三元金属间化合物、二元团簇的结构及电子性质第一性原理研究。"科研项目
