主要业绩：
徐州医学院护理学院副教授，硕士研究生导师，负责护理学院本科及研究生的专业人才培养与部分学科建设工作。担任护理学、助产护理学、麻醉护理学的本科及研究生的教学工作，系统担任《健康教育学》授课工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省高校自然科学基金等项目。近年以第一作者/通讯作者发表多篇SCI论文。
