个人简历
本人长期从事低维材料的计算研究,发展了输运计算的新方法,在纳米管、石墨烯、硅烯等低维材料的几何结构、电/声子结构及其输运方面作出了系列工作,为其在微电子器件中的应用提供了理论基础。在 Phys. Rev. B, Appl.Phys. Lett., Nanoscale , J. Mater. Chem. C 等主流期刊发表 SCI 论文 26 篇,被SCI论文正面引用 573 次(Google Scholar为 791 次),H 因子 12(Google Scholar)。以第一/通讯作者发表 16 篇,12 篇影响因子大于 3,包括 6 篇 Phys. Rev.
