个人简历
吴荣,女,汉族,中共党员,博士,博士后,教授,硕导,新疆大学物理与科学技术学院。2004年7月于新疆大学获工学硕士学位,2004-2007年攻读博士学位期间在复旦大学表面物理国家重点实验室,师从王迅院士,主要研究方向为半导体低维纳米结构的制备和表征,并参加了973计划和国家自然科学基金等,对半导体材料生长、合成与表征有丰富研究经验。2007年7月至今在新疆大学工作,主要从事宽带隙半导体材料的生长制备和物性研究工作。2010年3月至2012年12月在中科院理化所所作博士后。2015年3月至2016年3月在美国华盛顿大学机械学院访学。主要研究方向为半导体光电材料。近年来,主持了包括2项国家自然科学基金,1项国家博士后启动基金,1项国家博士后特别资助等科研课题,1项新疆维吾尔自治区优秀博士后研究人员特别资助, 参与863项目一项,在Appl. Phys. Lett、Nanotechnology、J. Appl. Phys、Dalton Transactions、RSC Adv等国际重要学术刊物发表(包括合作)SCI论文320余篇,第一申请人申请国家发明专利11项,研究成果获新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步奖三等奖2次,获得2016年度自治区优秀青年科技人才培养项目支持,新疆大学青年科研奖,新疆大学台湾光华教育奖学金、本科生毕业论文优秀指导教师等奖励。研究领域
