沈少华,西安交通大学教授、博导,从事太阳能光电催化分解水制氢研究,博士毕业于西安交通大学,分别于2008-2009年和2011-2012年赴美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室和加州大学伯克利分校进行访问学生和博士后研究。学位论文获“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文”,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”;以第三完成人获陕西省科学技术一等奖和国家自然科学二等奖;主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目、专项基金与省部级项目等科研项目10余项。在Chem Rev, Nature Photonics, Adv Mater, Energy Environ Sci, Nano Lett等期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,被Chem Rev、Science、J Am Chem Soc等SCI引用5000余次。担任Sci Rep和Chin Chem Lett等SCI期刊编委,多次受邀担任Nanotechnology等SCI期刊客座编委,担任80余种国际期刊审稿人。在ACS、MRS等重要国内外学术会议作邀请报告50余次,担任国际光学工程学会SPIE年会等多个会议的分会主席、顾问委员会委员,及加拿大、澳大利亚等国基金评委。\r\r奖励\r2012年 全国百篇优秀博士学位论文\r2013年 教育部新世纪优秀人才\r2017年 教育部青年长江学者研究领域
