个人简历

牛宪华，女，博士，副教授。
2006年获西南交通大学工学学士学位，2012年毕业于西南交通大学，获工学博士学位。
现任计算机与软件工程学院计算机系副主任。曾荣获西华大学唐鸿军奖教金三等奖。
现为中国计算机学会会员，中国密码学会会员，电子情报通信学会(日本)会员。
已在国际国内学术刊物和国际会议上发表了30多篇相关研究论文。发表论文的学术刊物包括：IEEETransactionsonInformationTheory、IETCommunications、IEICETransactionsonFundamentals、SCIENCECHINAInformationSciences等。长期担任IEEETransactionsonInformationScience、IETcommunications、IEICETransactions等国际一流期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金，教育部春晖计划，四川省科技厅青年基金，四川省教育厅项目，四川省网络与智能信息处理高校重点实验室开放基金项目等多项国家级、省部级项目。
