李智敏,男,博士,西安电子科技大学先进材料与纳米科技学院教授,博士生导师。1998年、2003年在北京科技大学分别获无机非金属材料专业工学学士和材料学专业工学硕士学位,2008年在西北工业大学获材料学专业工学博士学位。2010年7月至2011年7月在日本国立材料研究所(NIMS)从事博士后研究,2011年9月至2014年9月在西安电子科技大学电子科学与技术学科师从郝跃院士从事博士后研究。2003年至今在西安电子科技大学从事教学科研工作。研究领域
