个人简介
2010年获得西安电子科技大学工学博士学位，导师为王新梅教授。2010年至2014年，在中国空间技术研究院西安分院（原航天504所）担任工程师，从事信道编码在航天应用方面的研究。2014年至2015年，在香港中文大学网络编码研究所进行博士后研究，合作导师为RaymondW.Yeung教授。2015年至今，在西安电子科技大学工作。
