个人简历
晁红军,男,2013年于中科院武汉病毒研究所获博士学位,留所工作。2018年7月来武汉轻工大学工作。目前主要从事有机污染物的微生物分解代谢和转录调控机制的研究。主持完成一项国家自然科学基金青年项目(No.31400068),现主持在研一项国家自然基金面上项目(No.31770119)。已发表SCI收录论文12篇,其中第一和通讯作者5篇。曾获“简浩然环境微生物基金”优秀论文奖,全国微生物遗传学学术研讨会博士论坛二等奖,中国科学院武汉教育基地昌华奖学金暨武汉分院院长奖学金特别奖,中国科学院朱李月华优秀博士生奖学金获奖。主要承担的科研项目:1.国家自然科学基金(面上项目:31770119),假单胞菌PCA01经原儿茶酸途径和丛毛单胞菌GEN05经龙胆酸途径代谢3-甲基苯酚的分子机理研究,主持,执行年限:2018.01-2021.12;2.微生物代谢国家重点实验室(上海交通大学)2015年开放课题(项目编号:MMLKF15-05),恶臭假单胞菌NCIMB9866分解代谢2,4-二甲基苯酚的机理研究,主持,执行年限:2015.05-2017.04;3.国家自然科学基金(青年科学基金项目:31400068),潘多拉菌中氯苯代谢的两个基因簇的转录调控研究,主持,执行年限:2015.01-2017.12;4.国家自然科学基金(面上项目:31271333),谷氨酸棒杆菌中3-羟基苯甲酸/龙胆酸代谢途径的调控研究,参与,执行年限:2013.01-2016.12。研究领域
