研究领域

1）多种形式的RNA剪接发生机制，如alternative splicing, trans-splicing, back-splicing, minor splicing； 2）RNA剪接调控的发育、疾病机制，包括果蝇发育和人类神经、代谢、肿瘤等疾病； 3）内含子中高度保守基序的进化与功能； 　4）剪接保真性与转录加工的耦联机制。
