真核生物的DNA缠绕在组蛋白八聚体上以染色质的形式存在于细胞核中,作为“骨架”的组蛋白上存在着动态的化学修饰,包括乙酰化、甲基化、磷酸化等。这些修饰对染色质的活动(DNA的复制及损伤修复、RNA转录等)有重要的调控作用。我们以模式植物拟南芥和水稻为材料,重点关注:1.组蛋白修饰(现阶段以乙酰化为主)调控染色质活动的具体机制,例如组蛋白修饰的相关酶或者识别蛋白是如何感知细胞内外的信号,并知道在何时作用于何处的;2.组蛋白修饰的相关调控蛋白在植物的生长发育和逆境响应等重要生物学进程中扮演的角色。近期论文
