1994 – 2000 华中农业大学生物技术六年制本硕连读专业。 2000 – 2004 获上海交通大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。 2001 – 2002 作为访问博士生赴韩国高等科技学院合作研究。 2005 – 2007 赴美国麻省理工学院进行博士后研究。 2007 – 2011 在美国哈佛大学进行研究工作。 2011 - 至今 武汉大学药学院教授。研究领域
1.基因组修饰及编辑 利用最新发展的前沿技术,对细胞基因组进行精确地修饰和编辑,结合表观遗传学、基因组学、蛋白组学等,发展出特定设计的工程细胞,并解析这些表观遗传学修饰或基因组改造对细胞生命活动的影响。 2.DNA骨架的磷硫酰化生理修饰 与任何DNA或RNA修饰不同,DNA的磷硫酰化是DNA骨架上发现的第一例生理修饰,又称为DNA 骨架上的硫修饰,或DNA的第六元素。入选《环球科学》2007 年度“全球十大科学新闻”。磷硫酰化修饰由dnd 基因簇的一系列基因来完成,在不同的细菌宿主中表现出识别序列特异性,空间构象特异性。磷硫酰化修饰拓展了DNA的元素组成并丰富了DNA 结构,打开了一个新的学科领域。 3.创新药物的设计与改造 依据药物生物合成的机理及对重大疾病致病机理的认识,通过全面的病理分析,合理筛选并设计潜在药物,并通过前沿技术基因组编辑、合成生物学、基因工程、蛋白质工程、代谢工程及组合生物合成途径进行优化改造,发展相应的创新药物和治疗手段,以获得性能改善并可应用于临床的创新药物。近期论文
