个人简历


郭鹏飞,2014年获得湖南大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位,同年10月获得湖南大学优秀博士论文资助留校工作,湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院助理教授、硕士生导师。2015年入选国家“香江学者计划”,2016-2018年,任香港城市大学物理系博士后,香江学者特聘研究员。2019年,任太原理工大学物理与光电工程学院副研究员,博士生导师。\r

主要从事低维半导体纳米材料制备和组分调制,新型信息功能器件构建与性能调控等方面的研究,在半导体结构能带调制、光波导、受激发射、瞬态光学、微弱光信号探测等方面有丰厚的研究基础并取得了重要研究成果。近年来发表SCI收录论文50余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在国际顶级期刊Adv. Mater., Nano Energy, ACS Nano, Nano Lett., J. Am. Chem. Soc., 发表学术论文7篇。发表在Adv. Mater.上的文章被Materials Views亮点报道。被材料物理领域国际知名期刊引用达1000余次。2015年入选香江学者计划(全国55人);2019年入选国际化学元素周期表年(IYPT-2019)中国青年化学家(全国118人),为元素周期表代言;2017-IOP Outstanding Review Award; 2017年香江学者计划年会学术奖;国家2016年香江学者奖;2014湖南大学优秀博士论文资助奖励;International Conference on Nanoscience & Technology, China NANO 2013最佳论文奖;2013年博士研究生国家奖;2013年湖南大学博士研究生校长奖等奖项。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,香江学者计划项目1项,山西省基础研究计划面上项目1项,河南省教育厅高校重点研究项目1项,太原理工大学高层次引进人才项目等,同时作为主要参与人参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。担任Coatings,Materials Research Express客座编辑,同时为Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials,ACS Nano,Small,Laser & Photonics Reviews, Advanced Optical Materials, 2D Materials, ACS AMI等国际期刊审稿人。\r
