个人简历


女,1968年4月生,工学博士,教授。张宝菊1990年毕业于天津师范大学,获物理学专业本科学位,1993年天津师范大学获得教育技术学硕士学位,2002年毕业于天津大学电子信息工程学院,获得工学博士学位,后进入天津大学博士后流动站于2004年出站。一直从事数字音视频技术、信号与信息处理等领域研究工作,提出了“改进层式DCT”等视频压缩算法。2003年暑期赴英国剑桥大学进行双语教学的研修,2014年于美国德州大学阿灵顿分校做为期半年的访学,现为天津师范大学电子与通信工程学院教授,电子信息科学与技术专业负责人,天津师范大学教学名师,学院教学副院长。近年来指导硕士生多名,其中10名获得天津师范大学优秀硕士毕业论文,一名学生获得国家级奖学金;还参与了天津大学博士生培养。兼任天津市电视技术学会理事,天津市通信学会高教分会理事。
近几年已发表学术论文90余篇,第一作者(通信作者)SCI检索30余篇,EI检索50余篇,主要发表在“WileyJournalofSecurityandCommunicationNetworks”、“EURASIPJournalonWirelessCommunicationsandNetworking”、“WileySecurityandCommunicationNetworks”、“EURASIPJournalonAdvancesinSignalProcessing”等高水平SCI源刊。作为主要作者编撰了LectureNotesinElectricalEngineering202,第一作者编撰了LectureNotesinElectricalEngineering246两本专著。近三年申请了国家发明专利3项,实用新型专利2项并均已授权。主持国家自然科学基金3项、天津市自然科学基金重点项目1项、天津市自然科学基金1项,第二参加人参加国家自然科学基金1项、天津市自然科学基金2项,总经费200余万元。2011年获得天津市科学技术进步三等奖1项(第二人)。已在IEEEINTERNATIONALCONFERENCEONCOMMUNICATIONS及IEEEGLOBALCOMMUNICATIONSCONFERENCE等高级别国际会议中担任WORKSHOPONRADARANDSONAR的TPC-COCHAIR职务,并主持了IEEEINTERNATIONALCONFERENCEONCOMMUNICATIONSSIGNALPROCESSINGANDSYSTEMS2013国际会议。张宝菊教授现为中国电子科技大学合作博士生导师。

主要讲授《视频信号基础与应用》、《C语言程序设计》和《数字电视原理》《计算机概述(双语)》等课程。主持并结题天津市改革项目一项,主持建设校级精品课程一项。
