2014年博士毕业于苏州大学功能纳米与软物质学院(FUNSOM);2013-2014年香港城市大学材料与科学系超金刚石与先进薄膜中心(COSDAF)联合培养博士;2014-2015年任韩国东国大学助理教授。在Adv. Mater., Adv. Optical. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces., Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,被引用~1100次,H-index因子20,申请专利10余项,目前担任多个国际权威期刊审稿人,主持和参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点项目、面上项目、青年基金、博士后基金、江苏省高校自然科学基金面上项目等多项。研究领域
(1)有机发光显示器件(OLED):材料的设计合成,器件制备优化以及界面调控;(2)有机太阳能电池(OPV):材料的设计合成、器件制备优化以及光电转换过程调控的研究;(3)半导体界面物理:有机异质结界面的电子态结构、载流子输运过程、以及瞬态电致发光和载流子复合过程动力学的研究。近期论文
